What we collect
- Account info: Google account name, email, profile image — via Firebase Auth.
- Content: questions, answers, comments, votes — stored in Firestore.
- Payment metadata: Stripe Checkout Session ID, amount, currency, email. Card numbers never reach our servers.
- Analytics: aggregated traffic via Google Analytics (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
- To operate the Service and credit purchased points.
- To send transactional receipts via Stripe.
- To improve and secure the Service.
Third parties
We use Google (Auth, Analytics, Firestore), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting, CDN). Each acts as a sub-processor under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us. See contact details.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion to comply with tax and accounting law in Japan.
